All hat, No cowboy?
It reads like an old-time Western:
There's that smooth talkin' dandy, Don Ecker. He becomes the strong, silent type when reporters ask when that "shovel-ready" promise called March Life Care is ever going to start tending to the wounded and infirmed.
There's Iddo Benzeevi, the MoVal mustang who's kicked up a lot of dust, but finally built himself a Texas-sized shoe warehouse.
Now, Mustang Iddo wants to follow Dandy Don along the Healthcare Trail, and locals have to be wondering if the town is big enough for both of 'em.
That's your scene-setter. No one's been flashier than Dandy Don, who's been touting a first-in-the-Milky Way medical spread on ex-March Air Force Base land for years. He says this Patient Ponderosa will have a big hospital, retail, research, an old folks home and a hotel.
Right next door, MoVal already has It also has Henry Garcia, the newly minted ($400K) city manager, with something to prove. A sprawling medical campus? That's thinking big, especially in a city that can barely keep its streetlights on.
Just to keep things juicy, you have MoVal Mayor Richard Stewart, who also sits on the March commission that has pretty much walked Dandy Don down the aisle. Stewart fondly describes March Life Care as a tsunami. Now comes the MoVal monsoon. Naturally, if nonsensically, Stewart says there's plenty of biz for everyone!
If we had to come up with a working title for this western drama, I'd have to go with "Dances with Wolves" or "Little Big Men." Maybe "Blazing Bedpans."
It's just too early to tell if anyone's serious about all this. We've got the Warehouse Builder calling the MoVal health site (much of which he owns) the "golden triangle" and the "crown jewel." To Benzeevi's credit, these are actually words, unlike Rancho "Belago," which he just made up so MoVallians could pretend they didn't live in MoVal.
And we've got Dandy Don, who recently dragged Willie Brown to a March Life Care wrecking-ball ceremony. Now, there's a pile of rubble where a hospital used to be. Progress? I reckon. Shovel-ready progress? None as far as the eye can see.
What we don't have are answers to the questions any self-respecting cowpoke would ask: Where's the money? Where's the money for March Life Care? Where's the money for -- have they even named it -- MoVal Med? Where's the posse? Who's with Ecker? Who's riding with Iddo?

Plan a surprise 30th anniversary themed party complete with decorations, party supplies, invitations and of course party games. Throwing a themed anniversary party makes a wonderful surprise for the happy couple. Since the party is s surprise, it is not possible to ask the couple on what type of party theme they prefer. Hopefully, some knowledge on their likes and dislikes is known so an appropriate theme can be chosen.

A fun trivia game, one to be enjoyed by all, involves answering trivia questions on pop culture, music, sports and other events from the year the couple married. Write down a few questions and see how well the couple, and other guests can answer simple, yet challenging questions.
A surprise 30th anniversary themed party is a great way to gather family and friends in celebration of the couple’s life together. Plan a slideshow of the couple with various pictures over the years, share stories and have a fun time. Remember, keep the party a secret and the memories created during the 30th anniversary party will last a lifetime for all who attend.
