Janesville's Behm wins twice at WSGA Match Play

Behm defeated Andy Makar of Lyons, 2 and 1, in the first round of match play and Alex Gaugert of Lake Geneva, 1 up, in the second round. Behm plays Ricky Hearden of Green Bay in a third-round match.

Sean Halverson of Janesville defeated Milwaukee’s Robert Kuster in 19 holes, but lost to South Milwaukee’s Pat Boyle, 3 and 2, in the second round. Edgerton’s Dan Ozga lost, 8 and 7, to Miles McConnell of Middleton in the first round.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo won his first-round match, 3 and 1, over Keith Buntrock, but lost to Steve Johnson, 1 up, in the second round.
